Weightless Float Centre Liability Waiver and Professional Agreement for Jenny W
We want you to have an amazing and safe experience with us at Weightless Float Centre.
We ask that you be aware of and agree to the following information and policies:
Facilities: Amenities provided include towel, washcloth, ear plugs, shampoo, body wash and conditioner and shower. It is up to each individual to take caution to prevent slipping or falling as floor surfaces may be wet. The float therapy rooms are cleaned between each session and the float pod solution is sanitized to meet or exceed the standards of the Floatation Tank Association.
Fees: Fees vary based on the desired service package.
These fees are subject to change. We require payment for services before the float therapy session.
Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation is necessary we require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Failure to give this notice will result in 50-100% of the normal session fee being charged to your credit card. Float members may forfeit a float from their membership balance in the event of cancelling within 24 hours or not arriving for their scheduled session.

HAVEN'T had any type of hair colour/treatment within the past 10 days.
I have NOT had a spray tan in the last 3 days.
I DON'T have a communicable or infectious skin condition, disorder, or disease, or large open sores.
I am NOT under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
I am NOT a diabetic and/or my diabetes is under medical control.
I DON'T have a history of heart trouble, epilepsy, seizures or blackouts OR I have received my doctor's permission
to use the floatation tank.
I'm NOT experiencing a heavy menstrual period.
I have NOT had a spray tan in the last 3 days.
I DON'T have a communicable or infectious skin condition, disorder, or disease, or large open sores.
I am NOT under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
I am NOT a diabetic and/or my diabetes is under medical control.
I DON'T have a history of heart trouble, epilepsy, seizures or blackouts OR I have received my doctor's permission
to use the floatation tank.
I'm NOT experiencing a heavy menstrual period.
(Please reschedule if there is a chance any menstrual blood could come out into the water.)
I DON'T
have a condition which may be adversely affected by cutaneous absorption of magnesium.
I DON'T
have kidney disease.
I have NOT
had diarrhea or vomiting within the last 48 hours.
I understand that the float pod solution is not discarded between floats, but is filtered, sanitized and recycled; that our pods are inspected between every single float; and that violation of any of these rules that results in contamination of the float pod solution may result in a cleaning and salt replacement fee of up to $1000.
I am choosing to use the floatation therapy pod of my own free will and will not hold the owner/operator or Weightless Float Centre, liable for any injury during a session or while on the premises. Weightless Float Centre reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
